The Sponsorship Catalyst does not guarantee that SMS services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or organizational use only.
10. No Guarantee of Results
While The Sponsorship Catalyst provides sponsorship strategy education and consulting support, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, sponsor acquisition, or financial results.
Results depend on individual implementation, market conditions, and external factors.
11. Payment Terms
All payments for courses, consulting services, and digital products are due as specified at the time of purchase.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to services.
Refund policies (if applicable) will be stated on the specific offer page.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sponsorship Catalyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.
